Description

The most relaxed way to fall in love with Milan — a ride through its icons and hidden corners guided by a local expert
Milan rewards visitors who get off the sidewalk — and there's no better way to cover its icons and its hidden corners in a single morning or afternoon than on two wheels. This 3-hour guided ride starts just steps from the Duomo, weaving first through the marble spires and grand arcades of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II before crossing into Brera, Milan's old bohemian art quarter of narrow lanes and independent galleries. From there, the route opens up: you'll pass Bosco Verticale, the "Vertical Forest" towers that redefined Milan's skyline, then ride through the striking Monumental Cemetery and the streets of Milan's Chinatown — two stops that rarely make it onto a typical sightseeing itinerary. Continuing on, you'll cruise beneath the Arco della Pace and into the leafy expanse of Parco Sempione, arriving at the turreted walls of Sforza Castle for a short break. The final stretch takes you past Santa Maria delle Grazie, home to Leonardo da Vinci's The Last Supper, the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio, and the ancient Columns of San Lorenzo — a direct link back to Roman Mediolanum — before returning you to the starting point. Throughout, your local, licensed guide shares the history and everyday stories behind each stop, audible clearly at all times through your personal headset, whether you're riding at the front or back of the group. Bikes, helmets, and bike bags are included, with eBike upgrades available for an easier ride, and rain ponchos on hand if the weather turns. Kids' bikes (20″ and 24″) are available too — just let us know sizes in advance. Whether it's your first morning in Milan or your fifth visit, this ride is built to show you the city as it actually is: layered, contradictory, and endlessly interesting — fashion capital and Roman city, glass towers and quiet cemeteries, all in one loop.
