Description
On this Milan Cathedral guided tour with terraces, a separate entrance spares you the ticket line and puts you inside the Gothic Duomo. An expert guide, with a headset so you can hear every word, walks you through the history of the building and the artworks that fill its interior.
Then it is up by elevator to the terraces for a view over the city. Back at ground level, the tour goes below the Duomo into the archaeological area, where the ruins of a baptistery, San Giovanni alle Fonti, were found.
