With Leonardo3 museum tickets you step into the world of Leonardo da Vinci, rebuilt from his manuscripts. The exhibition rebuilds his inventions in 3D and restores his work digitally, and you can operate many of the models.
Working models make the ideas concrete: more than 200 interactive machines, among them a mechanical dragonfly. Each was rebuilt by studying the notes he left. If you want the story behind every device, choose the option with an audio guide, offered in eight languages, from Italian and English to Russian and Chinese. The interactive experiences are in English and Italian. For children there are two activities:
- A workshop where children print an inventor's certificate
- A self-supporting bridge to assemble from wooden parts
The exhibition also shows the Last Supper in digital form, the wall painting of the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, which lets you look at details up close.
The ticket covers entrance to the museum and, if selected, the audio guide. Showing your voucher at the bookshop gives a 10% discount on books. Souvenirs and transport to the museum are not included.
