Description
A pasta and tiramisu cooking class in Milan puts you at the counter with a local chef to make fresh ravioli, fettuccine and a classic tiramisu from scratch. The group is small, which means the chef can follow what each person is doing.
While you work, the chef explains the stories and traditions behind Italian cooking and the techniques that make the dishes come out right. Everything is prepared with local ingredients, and the session lasts about two and a half hours.
Then you sit down to your own dishes, with the wine, in a local restaurant atmosphere, and the homemade tiramisu closes the meal.
- A welcome glass of Prosecco, then two glasses of wine or two soft drinks
- Hands-on preparation of the pasta and the dessert
- The recipes, to repeat everything at home
Tell the organisers about any allergies, intolerances or dietary needs when you book. For severe allergies, cross-contamination cannot be ruled out. The class is not suited to vegans or to people with gluten or lactose intolerance, nor to children under 4. Hotel transfers and tips for the chef or staff are not included.
