Pizza and Tiramisu Class in Milan

You'll be part of the Chef's team as if you were working on a real pizza delivery!

You will meet in the Chef and the City professional cooking workshop and become part of the Chef's team, ready for a real pizza "delivery"! You will start socializing with a small welcome buffet provided by the Chef. After a few minutes, you will start cooking together, guided by the Chef or by qualified cooks. Everyone will have their own station on the professional counters and you will work in groups of 4-5 people (as shown in the photos), but everyone will make their own pizza. You will learn the technique for making real pizza dough, which you can then take away and cook in the comfort of your home (it needs 8 hours of leavening, so for the food tasting we will use a ready-made dough). You will create your pizzas with fresh toppings of your choice. The focus is on the technique of making pizza and Tiramisu, the most famous dessert in the world, which you will make. After about 2 hours, you will sit down at the table to enjoy what you have cooked. Wine will be included (1 bottle per 3 participants). We'll cook the pizza for you while you enjoy a nice glass of wine. Digital recipes (QR code or photo) will be provided at the end of the experience. Are you ready to get your hands dirty?
