Immediately afterwards, you'll move on to the practical phase, starting with the dough.
Our pizza makers will show you how to work the flour, sea water, and other ingredients, explaining the secrets to obtaining a soft, elastic, and digestible dough.
You will learn hand-kneading techniques, how to manage the leavening, and how to achieve the perfect consistency, following step-by-step instructions and experimenting directly under the expert guide of our team.
Once the dough is ready, you will move on to stretching it out and preparing the pizza.
Here you can put what you have learned into practice: rolling out the dough, shaping the disc, managing the thickness, and learning the tricks to prevent it from sticking.
